I am a proud native Virginian and the Broker of Yoder Properties. I am a graduate of the Realtor Institute, and have 30 years’ experience in the real estate lending and sales industries, but most of all love the friendships created while helping buyers and sellers with their property transactions. I have forged great relationships with local real estate related services such as lenders, inspectors, appraisers, and insurance agents to create purchase and sale processes that put client success as the my number 1 goal! When not selling real estate, I volunteer as an EMT at our local rescue squad, and enjoy gardening, travelling and snow skiing.
